Red Lion Kingly Street W1 London

The Red lion on Kingly Street is not a typical London pub or bar.

Starting from the exterior the red lion looks very small with its over the top wooden framed windows and large door. Your be able to find not one bar but three. Two of the bars in the pub are situated on the ground floor one with a dart board and both with great atmospheres but differ.

The bar upstairs I a little more relax and almost all the bar are very busy from 6pm onwards but you likely to get somewhere to sit if your about before 7pm on Thursday’s and Fridays.

This pub is a sort of after work or lunch chill out pub with some Great English beer on tap called Samuel smiths. (I like the pint called Pure) Food is your typical pub grub and haven’t yet tried it but has always looked good to me.. [note to self] must try the food soon [/note]

The pub is situated just off carnaby street famed for its shop and oo hoo arty stuff in the sixties.
